The Leica 7000 is available for bright-field and fluorescence sample microdissection of human, animal or plant materials. Paraffin or fresh frozen samples are placed on PEN membrane slides. Please contact Dr. Ann Fu to discuss your project needs and arrange use.
Total RNA amount and integrity isolated from any sample is critically dependent on the sample type and the way in which it was harvested, stored, and treated prior to processing. Services or training are available for all steps including DNAse/RNAse free sectioning and counterstains.
