Quadruple or multiplex IHC is becoming more mainstream. Shown are islets from human, rat, and pig stained for somatostatin (SS, green), glucagon (red), insulin (blue) and pancreatic polypeptide (black). This staining was done using chromogen kits given to the MPC by Biocare Medical.
